Overview

Welcome to the module.

The Trauma of Money.

Over the coming weeks,

We’ll explore something that few people talk about.

But that quietly shapes everything.

At first glance, it might seem unrelated.

Even strange.

But soon, you’ll start to see it.

How something that happened then.

Might still be shaping your financial life now.

This module isn’t about strategies.

Or budgets.

Or spreadsheets.

It’s about something deeper.

Something beneath your money habits.

Something that might be silently steering the wheel.

What you’ll discover here might feel surprising.

Or even uncomfortable.

But it will also be clarifying.

Maybe even liberating.

So, I invite you to come with an open mind.

We begin on Monday.

Take a deep breath.

We’re going in.

What Others Are Saying

Amanda·8/24/2025

I have read many other self-help financial books and lessons before, but what makes this module unique is the focus the module has on getting to the root-cause of what traumas may have lead us to the financial decisions we make today, and how to be forgiving to ourselves. The module also opens you up to the idea that being able to achieve financial health and success starts with taking care of yourself, your mind, and your body. I loved being able to dissect what from my past transpired in to some of my financial behaviors and be forgiving to myself as I was doing the best I could for my version of “survival.” I loved the exercises encouraging connecting with our mind and body. This is only module one and I can already see the growth and a mindset shift on my view towards my own financial health and strength. I am thrilled to continue this journey with Budget Tracker!
